Job Summary:
TraceGains is looking for a Field Marketing Intern to join its summer internship program. The internship program allows students the opportunity to obtain valuable, applicable work experience in a fast-paced, and challenging environment.
We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist our marketing team in planning and executing virtual and in-person events. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in event planning (virtual and in-person events), and knowledge of various marketing tactics.
What you’ll get out of this experience? You’ll learn a lot, hands down. You will learn how the business works not just what they say in the classroom. You’ll gain knowledge on how to use some of the industry’s leading technology and processes. But more than that you will be mentored and learn real business/critical thinking skills that will help you kick start your career.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating in-person events and the TraceGains Together 2025 virtual conference, (no-travel required).
Event Support:
- Support various event logistics, including tradeshow booth needs, drafting pre-event HubSpot emails, registering staff, providing Salesforce support, researching customer dinner locations, and creating event overview documents. Support post-event follow-up.
- Provide international support where applicable.
- Assist in TG customer field event planning as needed.
- Assist in project management for managing the 2024 Asana (project management software) event schedule tasks and tasks for the content calendar.
- Other duties as assigned for the TraceGains Virtual Conference Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support the kick-off of the 2025 event planning.
- Assist in the project management of organizing tasks in Asana.
- Conduct research on audience preferences and current event trends.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Sophomore into Junior or Junior into Senior status working towards a degree in Include here Marketing, Events Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong project management / organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with event planning and management. Virtual event experience is a plus, but not required.
- Food & Beverage and Supplements industry interest a plus, but not required.
- Ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and
- Experience using various computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and other applications in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Expectations:
- Ability to work a total of 24 hours/week remotely; on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Hours/week is to never exceed 29 hours
- Internship to run May 14th, 2024, through August 15th, 2024.
- This is a paid internship, pay to be discussed based on experience
