People.ai  is looking for a Field Marketing Director to design and execute event Field Marketing programs for the organization. The field marketer will be a key player in fostering the growth of People.ai's marketing practice, expanding the brand's presence and driving pipeline.
Responsibilities
    • Contribute to development and implementation of the Field Marketing strategy for the overall GTM strategy. 
    • Work closely with sales leadership and sales teams to understand specific market priorities and inform and shape customer and prospect-facing programs contributing to pipeline and opportunity creation.
    • Support field programs and events with a heavy content angle and work with relevant teams and customers to deliver in a live environment (and virtually) including executive breakfasts/dinners, workshops, customer-led panels, CABs, third party and partner events.
    • Oversee promotion and outreach efforts pre/post events, including direct mail, email, ads, and more.
    • Track, measure and communicate program results, and seek to generate new best practices through experimental efforts with events..
    • Ensure programs and event details are on brand, on message.
    • Responsible for owning and managing sales enablement and recruitment for third party events.
Requirements
    • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience working in marketing, preferably in the B2B technology space.
    • Equal parts creative thinker and result-driven.
    • Ability to plan and deliver against hard deadlines.
    • Consistent record of building successful partnerships with sales teams to build programs that are results driven in their approach.
    • Work independently, maintain strong attention to detail and take calculated risks all while managing many projects.
    • Clear and thoughtful communicator (verbal and written).
    • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $130,000 to $160,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change.  People.ai takes into wide range of factors when determining an individual's pay. These factors can include, skill set, training and experience, licensure and certifications, and location and metropolitan area.
