- Facilities Management:
- Develop and implement global facilities management strategies to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities, including HVAC systems, lighting, furniture, and general infrastructure.
- Vendor Management:
- Identify, select, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers for various office services, including cleaning, security, catering, and maintenance. Negotiate contracts, monitor service level agreements, and ensure cost-effectiveness in service delivery.
- Space Planning and Utilization:
- Collaborate with regional teams to optimize office space utilization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth plans. Implement and oversee workplace design initiatives that promote collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
- Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with global health and safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and workplace safety programs.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the global office services budget, ensuring cost control and transparency. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in office operations.
- Global Coordination:
- Work closely with regional office managers to ensure consistency in office services and facilities management practices. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across locations to promote best practices.
- Technology Integration:
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance office services, including security systems, access controls, and smart building technologies.
- Employee Experience:
- Focus on creating a positive workplace experience for employees through the implementation of employee engagement programs, amenities, and services.
Qualifications:
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
