This advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Central Office in the Office of Health Services
Salary Range: $42,776.81 - $55,128.97 annually
SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Behavioral Risk Management Team Data Manager develops data collection tools, compiles, and tracks data for BRMT monitoring and other projects, tracks progress and prioritizes tasks for the team members.
- Responsible for maintaining the monitoring data, results and analysis of BRMT audits and dissemination of data, results and analysis for quality assurance activities.
- Reviews schedules of audits at each institution.
- Coordinates hiring and support of contracted BRMT staff members.
- Assists BRMT Supervisor, BRMT members and Assistant Chief of Mental Health Services with other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of basic management principles and practices.
- Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflow and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices.
- Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents, and other written materials.
- Ability to conduct fact-finding research.
- Ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures relating to operational and management analysis activities.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
