About our Team:
The Government Services department focuses on the provision of asset verification for federal, state and county agencies who determine eligibility for publicly funded programs. Independence and collaboration go hand to hand in our team culture. This role supports our Agencies and consumers in receiving the correct account information and balance history. This role is remote, and work hours are 8AM – 4:30PM CT.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining relationships and providing support to field offices, agencies and financial institutions participating in the asset verification programs.
- Contacting financial institutions to correct or update previously responded to requests.
- Meeting productivity and quality requirements entering financial and account balance data provided by financial institutions.
- Maintaining required records in the completion of data entry tasks and conducting quality control reviews.
- Meeting contracted service level agreements, including response times, etc.
- Assisting in resolving and reporting any errors related to operations and maintaining/updating documentation of procedures and reports.
- Performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Have 10-key skills and ability to type at least 50 WPM. (A Data Entry test and WPM test will be given during the interview.)
- Have experience in Data Entry & Customer Service.
- Have high school diploma at minimum.
- Have Microsoft Suite skills and able to work with PCs and web-based applications.
- Have thorough attention to detail and a commitment to the highest quality of performance. Able to multi-task.
- Have self-motivated and reliable work ethic, and proficient at working independently as well as in a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to obtain SSA Security Clearance as a condition of employment/continued employment.
