WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Departmental Operations Management: Oversee assigned operational functions in alignment with the department's strategic plan and vision.
- Efficient Operation Oversight: Direct smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations and manage labor, supervise services, and control scheduling and inventory.
- Guest Service Delivery: Ensure delivery of guest service aligns with company core service standards and brand attributes.
- Shift Oversight: Provide management support for the oversight of assigned shifts and ensure the delivery of quality service to guests during the assigned shifts.
- Beverage Outlet Management: Coordinate requisition process and stock beverage outlets and maximize revenue for the division through effective stocking and management.
- Employee Guidance and Scheduling: Provide guidance and counsel to beverage employees and ensure proper scheduling of staff for optimal performance.
- Operational Recommendations: Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- Either a High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?
- Experience managing employees using a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Posses administrative abilities, and be able to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience working in a similar resort setting.
