WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR FACILITIES OPERATIONS SCHEDULER
This full-time coordinator role works during regular business hours.
In your role as a Maintenance Manager - Facilities Operations Scheduler, your day begins by taking charge of all repair tickets that come through the door. You prioritize the day for our in-field technicians, considering factors such as drive times and workload at each location. As the main point of contact, you work closely with vendors to ensure that larger projects, such as getting vacant properties ready for new tenants, are progressing smoothly. Another essential responsibility is scheduling vendors a week or two in advance to ensure the successful completion of the entire project. Your keen attention to detail plays a crucial role in coordinating the schedules of all parties involved and ensuring that everything runs efficiently. To further enhance your job performance, you may also conduct home inspections, making your knowledge of maintenance, repairs, and construction indispensable. Your ability to prioritize, manage tasks, and pay attention to even the smallest details is essential to excel in this role.
