Serving teen girls and boys (gender fluid) ages 12 – 17, experiencing and struggling with school refusal, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, suicidal ideation and other mental health issues. Pre-teens and teens reside at our Residential Treatment Center in our comfortable family-style residence, where community and interpersonal relationships are fostered and encouraged. Facilities Manager
We are hiring for all three shifts:
1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am

- Mentor/coach/train our Residential Counselors
- Ensure healthy program culture and norms
- Minimize risks and maintain resident and staff safety
- Build upon and optimize systems and processes
- Create and present trainings to residential counselors
- Ensure room searches are completed and documented
- Maintain attendance record
- Maintain staffing ratios
- Ensure client requests are timely responded to
- Ensure JCAHO guideline documentation is timely completed
- Ensure house achieves “tour ready” status
- Perform Fire /earthquake drills monthly
- Develop schedule for staffing monthly
- Attend treatment meetings weekly/documentation
- Housekeeping items as needed (dish washing, laundry, etc.)
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work or related field preferred, but not required.
- 21+ years of age or older
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass criminal investigation background check
- Current driver's license
- Ability to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships.
- Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid.
- Skilled in de-escalating agitated students.
- Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
