Facilities Manager

Breeze Home is accepting applications for a full-time facilities maintenance technician to assist in the oversight of community infrastructure.

The perfect Maintenance Technician will be in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs necessary within the community. Their duties include trash pickup, painting, plumbing, electrical, equipment preventative maintenance, inspecting property & buildings to confirm safety standards, scheduling and soliciting major maintenance within the buildings, setting up and breaking down facility for reserved events, and other assigned handywork. Large work orders will be contracted out to specialized vendors; scheduling & managing these projects with vendors will also be part of the job.

The perfect Maintenance Technician is a self-starting thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines and the standards the Supervisor sets. Must have reliable transportation.

The position is full-time at 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. Some weekends may be required.
