International Support Group(ISG) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Project Manager (PM) to join its team! The PM will manage custodial services for our custodial project in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Major Job Activities:
- Be responsible for the overall management of the contract.
- Be the primary liaison between the government and corporate regarding the contract.
- Ensures performance of routine and preventative maintenance per contract requirements.
- Optimizes the work assignments for the cleaning crew for each shift.
- Ensures that all custodial services are performed to the standards outlined in the contract and in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance at all times.
- Oversees the establishment, documentation, implementation, and execution of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensures overall safety of employees, subcontractors, and customers as it relates to the contract.
- Performs other duties and assignments as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management of custodial services.
- Minimum 5 years experience in government contracting
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass FAA security screenings
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
