Shift: 1st shift
Provides organizational and administrative support to department(s) and its team members. Enters and retrieves work related information contained in computer databases to update records, files, etc. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others, supports team to reach common goals, and listens and responds appropriately to the concerns of others. Complies with quality assurance expectations and standards.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Will work on all internal MVW inspections, Fire life Safety, Safety and Security, QA, Nalco Water inspections.
- Will input invoices into Birchstreet for both properties.
- Will take inventory for both properties.
- Will monitor Asgard to make sure tickets are complete and look for trends.
- Will report directly to VBC Chief Engineer with PGA Director of Operations as a dotted line.
Will work a split schedule between both properties, VBC and PGA.
