Facilities Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities to oversee the maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and operation of our college campus facilities. As the Director of Facilities, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our building facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and more. ```Responsibilities:```
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the physical plant, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and other facility equipment
- Coordinate with external contractors for repairs and maintenance services
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Develop and manage the department budget
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, landscape crew, janitorial staff, and provide guidance and support as needed
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building maintenance, electrical systems, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance management
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
