The Facilities Assistant – Safety and Security is primarily responsible for providing clerical support for the Safety and Security initiatives of the company. This position will also support the Facilities Department as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain Alert Media Roster.
- Track Sales/Construction Alarm Permits/Contact information for monitoring.
- Track Panic Keyfob Testing.
- Order and maintain supplies for First Aid Kits.
- Assist with organizing Security Classes.
- Assist with Model Home Security devices.
- Order Fire Extinguishers.
- Schedule Fire Extinguisher inspections.
- Code and reconcile security invoices.
- Code and reconcile monitoring invoices.
- Code and reconcile alarm permits.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. It is essential to have available transportation to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
