Role Details
As a Fabrication Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our design Fabrication Projects, as well as developing accurate cost estimates for our clients.
Ideally, you should have an innovative thought process with a drive for growth that will expand in a fast-pased, dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, managing project schedules and budgets, and communicating with clients and project team members to ensure project success.
In addition, the Fabrication Project Manager/Estimator will be expected to identify and mitigate project risks, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and conduct project closeout activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and estimating in a design fabrication environment, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Role-Specific Requirements
These are considered ideal requirements for this role:
- Knowledge of design fabrication processes and techniques, including fabrication, and installation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (we use Procore)
- Ability to develop accurate cost estimates for design Fabrication Projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs
- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
- Ability to monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Shop fabrication skills

Education and Experience
- At least five years of related sales/building/fabrication experience required
- Associates degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
