We are looking for a site manager to join a growing team.
The site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations from site upkeep to guest service, and membership sales as well as training a positive team.
An outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for guest care/service is a key component of this role. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for guests as well as providing a safe, positive working environment for employees.
This position requires adhering to all guidelines, including company policies and all local, state, and federal compliances.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage site team and improve/maintain a clean, efficient site.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper uniform attire as well as site team following uniform/appearance policy.
Scheduling the Staff to ensure we are operating efficiently.
Provide excellent guest experience by training the team on all internal and external programs, and building guest loyalty through the membership program.
Drive and exceed the monthly membership sales targets.
Provide daily direction to the team and ensure safety and other compliance procedures are being adhered to.
Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary.
Train on-site open/close process and ensure the site is fully operational during business hours.
Accountable for providing strong, positive, and proactive leadership to the team while providing direction, and feedback, and holding them accountable for performance and results.
Give corrective actions when needed following company policy/guidelines.
Train the team on a high level of product knowledge, package details, and upgrades as well as a membership program.
Motivate employees to complete job tasks efficiently and effectively.
Facilitate and assess damage claims.
Ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, and policies at the Local, State, and Federal levels
Delegate authority to employees when appropriate.
Support company initiatives, including but not limited to marketing, promotions, sales, customer service, and talent management initiatives.
Follow through/train the team on offering the membership program to all guests.
Maintains a safe work environment by following all safety protocols for the team and guests.
Perform weekly inventory.
Train the team and perform chemical inventory as well as order what is needed.
Perform and train on after-hours site cleaning by following the schedule (Cleaning site includes but is not limited to Tunnel equipment, tunnel floor, tunnel walls, tunnel pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.)
Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Job Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 3+ years of verifiable experience is required. Must have advanced knowledge of DRB, Micrologic, Tunnel Watch, MacNeil Car Wash Equipment, troubleshooting, service, and maintenance.
Knowledge:
Must always maintain the highest level of service.
Ability to adapt to the ever-changing high-volume retail while working in a team environment.
Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise.
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations.
Must have attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Ability and willingness to work at other locations as needed.
Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.
Ability to create reporting/timecards/spreadsheet/P&L Reporting.
Working knowledge of DRB/Tunnel Watch and the POS
Leadership Skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to lead, support, and contribute to team goals.
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with Management and co-workers.
Reporting Relationships:
Reports to the Operations Manager.
Working and Environmental Conditions:
Works mainly outdoors and at times indoors.
Constant exposure to fumes from equipment, and cleaning solvents (ex. dust, fumes, and gases.)
The constant fluctuation in temperature and conditions (ex. heat, cold, humidity).
Some noise and vibration exposure.
Physical Demands:
Must have the ability to lift to 30 lbs.
Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
Requires clear speech in English.
Flexible hours, night and day, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to operate all related equipment.
