Office Manager Job Description
Car Wash Services of the West is a rapidly growing car wash distributor located in California and Arizona. We provide service, preventative maintenance, chemicals and equipment installation. We are rapidly expanding and are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our Southern California team.
Office Manager
Provide day to day job duties that of an office administrator or manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage quickbooks receivables and payables
- Provide and adequate level of inventory on commonly used products
- Manage employee details, vehicles, credit cards, statements and expense reports
- Day to day communication with owner, office administrator and employees
- Provide customer service to customers regarding invoice questions, AR and AP
- Manage and run payroll
- In person office position
- Employee tracking of clocking in/out, vacation time, time off, etc
- Maintain a professional office atmosphere for all owners and employees
- Assist with onboarding process of new hires
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- Quickbooks experience required
- Computer literacy and familiar with office staff duties
- Excellent problem solving abilities; capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be 18 years of age to be considered.
