Job Description:
The Car Wash Site Manager manages the business and daily operations of CSI’s Car Wash Site(s) to achieve assigned performance goals.
Key job expectations and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provides directions and supervision for daily activities for all Car Wash employees, including but not limited to loading, cleaning, and customer service. Assists with daily activities.
- Communicates and works with sales team on daily, monthly, annual goals for revenue of membership and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Analyzes financials to identify areas of improvement related to Net Operating Income (NOI).
- Ensures Car Wash Site operations are incompliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Follows strict cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Operates telephone, computer keyboard and other office equipment.
- Directly supervises 6-8 Car Wash Attendants (CWA)
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with CSI’s policies and procedures including interviewing, hiring, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; scheduling; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Adheres to all safety, Chevron Way values and diversity practices.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teammates with confidence in work processes and goals.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively.
- Retail and/or Hospitality management experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid drivers license, good driving record and in-force liability insurance.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work in Management positions.
Physical Demands:
- Occasional bending, twisting, and lifting of equipment and materials of at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Periodic intrastate travel required, by car and/or air travel.
- Operates a motor vehicle in a safe manner.
Travel:
- Occasional work and travel outside of normal working hours and assigned geography.

Compensation Range:
$25.20 - $37.80
