Expected Duration: 6+ months contract + renewable

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D30 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [ONSITE]

Pay Range: $34-$40hr only on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Scope:

• Assign ECCN classification for Business units and products assigned.
• Overflow and back-up ECCN classification support for the Export Compliance Team as needed.
• Preparing draft CCATS submissions
• Responding to various ad hoc questions and issues from BUs regarding ECCN classification and processes

Required Skills :

• At least 5 years Export Classification experience
• Excel
• General computer skills
• 5+ years' experience in export compliance, sanctions compliance, and/or restricted party screening
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Results oriented.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to make well-thought through decisions in a timely way.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field REQUIRED; Master's degree preferred

Highly preferred skills & experience

• Export classification experience in Categories 3,4 and/or 5 of the U.S. Commerce Control List (CCL)
• GTS/SAP experience
• Strong trade technical knowledge of US export control laws, regulations with analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations and Export Classification mechanisms.
• Encryption
• Background in semiconductor or related industry

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Trade Compliance
• 5+ years experience in Export Classification
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Strong trade technical knowledge of US export control laws, regulations with analytical, and organizational skills.
• Technical experience in classifying items for export under the CCL
