**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Follow Collection Processes:** Efficiently manage and execute collection processes to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.

- **Creating Invoices:** Prepare accurate and detailed invoices for services rendered, ensuring they comply with company standards and customer agreements.

- **Answering Phones:** Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues with a professional and courteous demeanor.

- **Organizational Tasks:** Maintain high levels of organization within job duties, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and accurately. This includes managing documentation, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in the roofing industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in roofing supplements and Customer Service.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Proficiency in Job Nimbus and Xactimate software is required. Candidates should be comfortable with learning and using various software tools to perform job duties effectively.

- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders is crucial.

- **Organizational Skills:** The candidate must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- **Remote Work Environment:** Must have a suitable home office setup that allows for productive and professional work. This includes a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the necessary equipment to perform job duties remotely.
