Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manual Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual machining, with the ability to operate and maintain a variety of machines, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Set up and operate manual machining tools with precision.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
Work closely with the engineering team to understand specifications and requirements.
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Manual Machinist (minimum 5 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of different materials and machining techniques.
Familiarity with measuring and inspection tools.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
