This Front Desk position will help manage our Front Desk by performing a variety of administrative, clerical and patient focused tasks. Our ideal candidate is personable and a team player who can maintain focus to see tasks through, with a high attention to detail. MUST HAVE at least 1 year of Front Desk dental experience with Insurance and Accounts Receivable knowledge. Eaglesoft experience is a huge plus! This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and checks-in patients, and updates all necessary patient information and insurance.
- Answer phones and schedule and/or cancel patient’s appointments appropriately, answers inquiries about procedures, cost, and insurance. Experience with working on outstanding insurance claims is a plus!
- Knowledgeable with insurance verifications, PPO and Fee for Service billing and processing.
- Check out patients, collect out of pocket costs and scheduling the next visit.
- Respond to emails, online, and voicemail appointment requests and inquiries.
- Communicate with patients via phone, email and text message utilizing Patient Management software, Eaglesoft experience is a PLUS!
- Confirm appointments
- Present treatment plans to patients
- Post insurance payments and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
- Follow up with patients for next visit procedures when they are overdue for an appointment, and/or need to schedule treatment.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
