You will need these skills for our Call Center Scheduler position:
- 3 - 5 years of Call Center experience in - Sales, Customer Service, Collections or Telemarketing
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Knowledge of computer and telephone systems - Microsoft and CRM
- You Must be authorized to work in the United States
- You Must be receptive to constant coaching and feedback
- You Must be results and goal-oriented
- You Must live in Illinois, Iowa, Colorado, Minnesota, Nebraska or Florida
Technical Requirements You Must Have:
- High-speed internet (minimum of 100 Mbps download speeds)
- Windows 10 or 11 operating system
- I5 computer processor (i7 preferred) with 8GB of ram (12gm preferred)
- Computer or Laptop with a camera and speakers
- USB Headset
- 2nd Monitor

- You have an upbeat personality
- The ability to persuade and educate customers on the benefits of Legacy products while closing the sale and scheduling their appointment
- The ability to to read and utilize optional scripting in a conversational manner
- You have job costing experience in the construction industry
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
