Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience in a Call Center environment
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Call Center software
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with products and services offered by the company
