We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will provide exceptional service to our customers while handling inbound and outbound calls. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Providing accurate and detailed information to customers
• Resolving product or service complaints
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department
• Processing orders, forms, and applications
• Updating customer information in the database
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience in a Call Center environment
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Call Center software
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with products and services offered by the company
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
