Early out, closed on Sundays, and all major holidays! I am looking for an Experienced Bartender with a great and friendly attitude to work our bar 5 nights per week. This will include help with creating new cocktails and menus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, inventory control, and food safety practices
- Ability to interview, hire, train, and manage a team of employees
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
