Strods Contracting is seeking individuals proficient in the operation of a wide range of Heavy Equipment, examples include but are not limited to experience in operation of excavators, dozers, loaders, rollers, skid steers, haul trucks, and more. GPS experience is a plus.
Employees will also be required to shoot grade, maintain equipment and tools properly, maintain an organized job site, clean and tidy company vehicles and equipment.

Most work is located in the Flathead Valley, reliable transportation is required. Some travel outside of the Valley may be required depending on the project.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Construction: 2 years (Required)
