Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the overall operations of the bar
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a variety of options for customers
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Proficient in bartending techniques and drink preparation
- Experience in banquet or event management is a plus
- Knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively
