Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in wireless sales or retail management is preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and managing employees
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles
