We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant who will ensure the smooth and organized functioning of daily operations, supporting various departments, and creating a positive office environment.

- Handles confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners
- Assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, and appointments for ABC executives.
- Obtain, distribute, and manage building access, supply room, office supplies, kitchen, ABC HQ/Training Cohort swag, and all associated vendor and procurement relationships
- Create office culture through team-building activities, quarterly happy hours, and office lunches
- Collaborate with various departments to support their administrative needs and projects
- Responsible for active engagement of HQ telephone and email communications
- Support ABC teammates with travel arrangements and accommodations using travel coordination platforms, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Enforce ABC travel policy and provide reliable on-demand support for travel inquiries.
- Candidates must be located in Austin, Texas or surrounding areas.
- Must be physically present at ABC Corporate Office five days a week during assigned hours
- Entry-level experience working in a professional environment
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Executive Assistant experience is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or higher completed
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required / Preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively professionally and positively.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proven track record in providing executive-level support.
