Your New Role

We are looking for an Executive Search Coordinator to join our team. This person will partner closely with internal recruiters through the full-cycle Executive Search process as well as with Executive Search Operations to assist in critical analytics projects and larger HR initiatives. This role has both analytical and administrative components.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Provide scheduling and administrative support to the Executive Search team.
• Assist Operations/Analytics in data harmonization projects and administrative support on data entry and validation. This will include monitoring and transferring data entries from a CRM to an ATS system.
• Assist Operations/Analytics in building out reports and dashboards to measure Team performance and harmonize data visualization across the larger HR team. Finesse presentation and data visualization skills.
• Assist Executive Search Operations in process harmonization and ensuring operational excellence across the Global Executive Search team.
• Run data queries and assist in the preparation of various management reports on team KPIs, workload, and other topics to develop analytical skillset.
• Process employee personnel actions such as internal applicants, hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, etc. across multiple HRIS systems.
• Process payments and renewals in our procurement system (Ariba).
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Entry level to 3 years of experience in HR or related field
• BS/BA degree required
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in basic excel formulas such as pivot tables, v-lookups, sum IF, etc.
• Project management skills
• Scheduling complex executive level interviews
• Basic data analytics and data visualization skills
• SAP Business Objects (and SAP Suite) knowledge preferred, similar BI tools (Tableau, R, Stata, Data Studio) also a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential employee data with discretion and tact.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Quantitative analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
• An interest in CRMs and HRIS systems and processes.
• An interest in data analytics, data visualization, business. intelligence and CRM system management.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,209.00 - $78,389.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
