Key Responsibilities: read carefully - company on Broadway - Chinese speaking necessary
1. Order entry: Accurately enter customer orders into Blue Cherry, and ensure all details are complete and correct.
2. Work in a Team: Coordinate with sales and other teams at so orders are entered timely and all orders are in the system accurately.
3. Quality checks: Verify and coordinate solutions to issues you notice regarding our products and the regular run reports that verify all incoming orders are accurate prior to order fulfillment.
4. Improve processes: Assist in maintaining that the overall efficiency of the ORDER PROCESSING system is at the highest level and tools in our ERP software is being utilized.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in ORDER PROCESSING. Also customer service, retail or related fields is a plus
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and ORDER PROCESSING.
4. Should have excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Have strong communication skills (writing and verbal)
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
7. Dependable with what is expected and attendance
8. Problem solving skills to address and resolve order related issues timely
