Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Specialist/Site Merchandiser. In this role, you will be responsible for managing products on our direct-to-customer site and TikTok shop, ensuring sales numbers are met, collaborating with the data team to analyze sales data, and maintaining product availability and up-to-date information.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and updates on our direct-to-customer site and TikTok shop.
- Collaborate with the data team to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor product availability and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging product images, videos, and photos.
- Optimize product descriptions and keywords for better search visibility.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely product deliveries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the product assortment and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Specialist/Site Merchandiser or similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and website management.
- Proficient in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive decision-making.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with TikTok and other social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
