- Call prospective employers to introduce our services
- Call prospective candidates to introduce them to opportunities that have been developed through your marketing efforts
- Manage the placement process from introduction of candidate to client through offer and acceptance
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Work experience in one of the following industries preferred: Banking, Construction, Engineering, Healthcare, Medical Device or Oil & Gas
- Strong business to business sales background with measurable accomplishments
- Recruiting experience a plus but not required
- Desire to have unlimited earning potential that is commensurate with your effort
- Comfort developing relationships over the phone
- Resiliency necessary to handle the rejection that comes with any sales position
- Highly competitive nature
- Superior cold calling skills
- Self motivated and flexible
- Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Proactive approach and the ability to act quickly and efficiently

Earning Potential
- Base salary plus an aggressive commission plan
- Average First Year: $45,000 -$65,000+
- Average Second Year: $65,000 - $80,000+
- Average Third Year: $80,000 - $110,000+
- Top Search Consultants - 4 years or more - $150,000+
