CEO, Senior Living Requirements:
- 10+ years of CEO experience, showcasing leadership in a successful Senior Living organization with a demonstrated ability to grow a portfolio of communities across multiple states.
- Proven ability to establish clear accountability among team members and drive organizational performance.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve greatness.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas Forth Worth area and work from our Forth Worth office.
CEO, Senior Living Responsibilities:
- Articulate the vision, mission, and values of the management company to support the brand.
- Lead and manage the development of all operating policies and procedures.
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of a robust finance and accounting system.
- Mentor and lead the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), and other key team members.
CEO, Senior Living Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: $300K+ (Dependent upon Experience).
