Description
Performs a variety of professional duties required to provide professional technical support for one or more computer applications for a specific organizational or divisionwide clientele; trains end-users.
Qualifications
Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate degree in computer science or information systems with courses in a field related to the assigned organization or clientele.
- Two (2) years of progressively more responsible experience supporting information technology.
- Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methods of applicable computer technology and its most effective and efficient utilization to support the functions of the assigned organization or clientele.
- Analytical ability.
- Ability to develop and design reports and manage data.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Preferred
- Ability to manage school wide special education operations using software such SEA-STARS.
- Experience in special education data analysis.
Salary Range
$68,138 - $115,949
