RE/MAX is actively seeking a skilled Senior Product Leader to drive our enterprise-wide data strategy and shape innovative data products. As a Senior Product Leader, your primary focus will be on driving the development of our platform to deliver a comprehensive and impactful data strategy throughout the enterprise. This involves overseeing the evolution of our data-centric solutions and ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. Within our enterprise framework, you will contribute to the development and refinement of strategies that enhance the value proposition of our portfolio of data products. Essential Duties:

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of an enterprise-wide data product strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Oversee the evolution of data-centric solutions, providing strategic guidance to the Data Platform and Enterprise Architecture teams.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with third-party data providers, driving revenue growth through the acquisition, integration, and monetization of high-quality external data sources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine data product strategies that enhance overall value and competitiveness.
  • Lead the identification and prioritization of crucial features and functionalities for data products, considering market trends and customer feedback. Additionally, take ownership of roadmap and program development to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Work closely with the data architecture and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of external data feeds, maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, executive leadership and external partners.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of data product initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the performance, quality, and availability of data products within the organization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Director of Product Management or in a senior product leadership role, with a focus on data products.

  • Strong strategic thinking and demonstrated ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide data product strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of data product development, including the identification, prioritization, and implementation of key features and functionalities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and refine product strategies, considering market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing product teams.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the data product space.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Executive level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data product initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data aggregation and integration processes and ensuring high standards of data quality.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field; additional certifications or training in Product Management is a plus.
  • Experience defining strategies for advanced analytics (AI, ML, etc.) a plus
  • Desired to have a background in Proptech or real estate

Salary Range:

$165,790 - $219,672


Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
