After School Kindness, Inc. is a locally family-owned business located in Fort Collins, CO. Our establishment specializes in providing professional childcare programs for private and charter schools (school-age children) within the community. I am looking for someone with a positive attitude, good work ethic, and a motivated individual who could use a full-time position and who is able to work from home, occasionally meet in person, do Zoom meetings, and can do monthly visits to our (8) elementary schools.
You'll be expected to possess the confidence and competence necessary to effectively manage the entire company. To ensure your success, you'll receive comprehensive training from consultants covering every aspect of the business. As the manager, you'll oversee all operations and will be entrusted with important responsibilities. This position comes with a minimum one-year contract, effective immediately and extending through May 2025.

Executive Director Responsibilities:
- Phone Receptionist (Diverted to your cell)
- Accounts Receivables
- Enroll new students on our company portal
- Staff scheduling
- State and Health Inspection Reports
- Site visits once per month
- Provide general support to parents, schools, and staff.
- Marketing: website/social media/ flyers
- Data entry for online HR platform
- Auditing CCCAP (Colorado Childcare Assistance Program)
- Calendar Event Organization
Required Skills:
- A willingness to learn & positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to positively communicate with people within all levels of the organization.
- Childcare Director Certified to sub when needed (3 PM to 6 PM) - rarely

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task + organization of files
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize work streams in order to meet deadlines. Able to prioritize multiple requests from different departments in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of office equipment: tablets, copiers, scanners, laminators, etc.,
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues on an as-needed basis for malfunctioning or damage that may have occurred over time.

Resource Management: Efficiently allocating resources for site supplies, including budgetary resources, to meet organizational goals.

Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating operational risks to ensure the stability and continuity of business operations.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Facilitating communication and collaboration among different departments to achieve organizational objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring metrics to measure the success and efficiency of operations.
Leadership Development: Developing and mentoring a strong leadership team to support the organization's growth and success.

Additional Details
- Student Tracking: Make sure each registered student is input into their "classroom" (one of our 8 locations) / Typing their name, schedule, and parent contact information. Confirming their schedule is set up.
- Billing: Make sure we have billing information for each Parent in our payment system. Confirming they are on the correct tuition plan.
- Enrollment Forms: Make sure each student has an uploaded enrollment form and correct immunization form input under their account for our state inspectors to view.
- Calling Parents: Calling parents to make sure they understand how to use our company app. Make sure they are set up on autopay with the “pay online” billing feature or to see how they are enjoying the program so far.
- Email: You will be provided with your own title and company email. Example: yourname@ afterschoolkindness.com
- Phones: The phones will be forwarded to your cell phone temporarily. Must be comfortable with using a (happy & kind) professional tone of voice on the phone.
- Training: On site training, In person, Zoom meeting, meet at a coffee shop, or do a phone call. I will make sure you are fully equipped with everything you need to be successful in this position.
- Title: Office Administrator / Your job will be focused as a Quality Control Supervisor: This is a wonderful opportunity to get experience in customer relations, assuring parent portals are set up correctly, student attendance tracker, and billing assistant.
- Communication: Daily log of what has been accomplished & what is on tomorrow’s schedule. Productivity tracking when working remotely. Communicating with other office admin as needed.
