V2X is seeking a senior HR leader to oversee its International HR and Global Mobility function. Combining capabilities from multiple legacy organizations, V2X today is a $4B publicly traded government contractor with nearly 16,000 employees globally. The global footprint of V2X, a leader in supporting mission and operational readiness, is comprised of over 40 countries, and an international workforce of over 6,000 that includes expats, local nationals and third country/other country nationals.

What You'll Do:
- Reporting to the CHRO, the Executive Director, International HR and Global Mobility will serve as a key leader on the HR senior team and will be responsible for building and implementing the company’s strategy to attract, retain and motivate our global talent in alignment with business objectives. The incumbent will serve as a leader, subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the HR community and the entire V2X business and will devise international HR strategies and approaches in a cost-effective manner that mitigates risk in and supports growth in our business overseas.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert in international HR and Global Mobility matters to the business, to include consultation with the CHRO, the CEO and other members of the executive leadership team.
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws in existing global locations and serves as a key advisor as the business contemplates potential growth in new locations.
- Developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that are consistent with the ability to cost-effectively attract and retain talent internationally.
- Serving as a subject matter expert to the various sub functions of the HR senior leadership team as they build strategies and support their respective lines of business and areas of expertise.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for host country support teams embedded in locations of high employee populations or of strategic importance. Build, implement and mature strategies for ongoing international HR and Global Mobility support delivery.
- Partnering and consulting with multi-functional stakeholders to integrate activities to help achieve compliance and appropriate level of risk mitigation for the business.
- Building and executing system and process roadmaps to build efficiency and effectiveness in delivery of international HR needs for the business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
- Certifications/Licenses:
- Current or past GPHR or equivalent certification and/or training a plus.
- Experience:
- Ten years of progressively responsible experience in international HR.
- Experience in global government contracting.
- Experience with large-scale and mature corporate organizations.
- Strong project management, change management and leadership skills with experience in successfully leading and collaborating on projects across multiple business functions.
Skills & Technology Used:
- Big-picture thinker with experience in collaborating with HR leadership and Finance in building international rewards programs and strategies.
- Strong business acumen with excellent domain understanding of international HR operations, Finance and risk management.
- Proven data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple project tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, to include with and for executive leadership.

- The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
- USD $ 225,000 - 260,000
