Core Responsibilities
- Manage the Digital Equity (DE) team and provide strong collaboration with the policy team.
- Manage relationships with leaders of other Comcast components to maximize synergies and collaborations, especially with respect to the various DE working groups.
- Manage the DE team’s relationships with vendors and other third parties.
- Manage workflow for incoming and outgoing work (memos; speeches, conference appearances) critical to the responsibility of the EVP.
- Manage performance reviews of DE team members.
- Organize (or monitor) regular, and other, internal, and external meetings and events for the DE team.
- Draft annual goals & track progress.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the EVP, as needed.
- Manage the DE team’s budget and partner with finance on budget process.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters, MBA, JD or other advanced degree preferred.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
