Position is responsible for the start-up, overall planning and operations of the non-profit organization Thomas Toy Community Center in accordance with the mission and goals as outlined by the Board of Directors. This position will provide leadership, direction and support to the Board in developing organizational goals & strategies, managing facilities, staff & programs, obtaining and allocating resources and establish operational policies and procedures in a faith based enviroment.
