Executive Chef, Winery Property

A beautiful Winery Property and hugely successful destination in Napa Valley is seeking an Executive Chef for the property to oversee two outlets and banquets. Candidates with hotel or resort experience are encouraged to apply! Multi-unit management is required.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of customers
- Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maximize profitability
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events or themed menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bartending experience is a plus
