Job Description
Salary - $100,000-$120,000 + bonus

Looking for a young-spirited, creative and unique Executive Chef to join a well-known, highly reputable upscale restaurant in Philadelphia doing $3M annually.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of culinary Management experience preferably in upscale restaurant
- Must be open to menu collaboration with Owners
- Must be an upscale talented and creative Chef with no ego
- James Beard Award kitchen experience, food photos, press articles encouraged
- *Owner steers away from corporate (large scale / hotels etc) kitchen experience
- Strong leader who can develop and foster cooks and externs
- Collaborate with Owners/Culinary Director to develop new menus
- Handle day to day kitchen operations.
