We’re brewing up new restaurants! If you’re a dedicated Manager with a love for delivering guests a unique experience of scratch beer and craft food, we want you to bring your skills to our table!
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
- External candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a back of house management role with a full-service restaurant concept.
- Internal candidates must be in good standing with the organization with no new disciplinary action documentations within the past six (6) months.
- Reasonable availability for relocation should any EC positions become available.
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain Manager ServSafe Food Certification
- Ability to successfully complete and maintain applicable Alcohol Certification
- Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos.
- Ability to professionally present training materials, and directions to restaurant team members and to effectively communicate with Senior Level Leadership.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- Ability to calculate figures, cost calculations and fully understand all elements of managing a profit-based organization.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task on a regular basis with attention to detail and familiarity with addressing complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to adjust quickly to change.
- Must be able to deal with stressful situations, while also maintaining composure.
- Take OWNERSHIP of their restaurants, and INSPIRE their staff to work with passion.
- EXECUTE high-performing restaurants by emphasizing beer and food knowledge, driving top-notch service, and accountability.
- COLLABORATE with their team members and are masters of building effective service teams.
- Have a contagious attitude and SMILE, because it’s no secret that they love what they do.
- Responsible for assisting the General Manager with the overall management and success of the restaurant.
- Assist with assessing, hiring, and retaining service talent, and oversee the success of the hourly training program.
- Exemplifying passion about our products, our standards, and leading the entire team to ensure that our culture of “Inspiring Loyalty” is promoted throughout the whole restaurant.
