Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your extensive NYC experience at luxury hotels and/or private clubs to lead the culinary team in delivering unparalleled dining experiences.
- Oversee and manage robust banquet operations, ranging from 500-1,000 covers per evening, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional quality.
- Demonstrate high-end and fine-dining experience, creating innovative and exquisite culinary offerings that exceed the expectations of our discerning clientele.
- Navigate union operations effectively, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring compliance with union regulations and standards.
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house and management teams to develop and execute cohesive dining experiences that reflect the club's luxury brand.
- Take responsibility for menu development, costing, and inventory management, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Ample NYC experience at luxury hotels and/or private clubs, with a strong understanding of the city's culinary landscape.
- Proven experience in leading robust banquet operations, with the ability to manage high-volume dining services.
- High-end and fine-dining experience is REQUIRED, with a demonstrated ability to create exceptional culinary offerings.
- Union experience is a MUST, with a thorough understanding of union regulations and operations.
- Michelin star, Forbes, or James Beard experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse culinary team.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
