● Execute flawless meal service during events, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation of dishes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
● Minimum 7+ years of chef experience in high volume settings, such as upscale restaurants, catering companies, or luxury hotels.
● Michelin Star, Forbes, AAA Four Diamond, or James Beard Experience will be highly considered
● Proficiency in a variety of cuisine styles, with a focus on creating refined and elegant dishes for upscale events.
● Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and staff.
● Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, with certification in Food ServSafe preferred.
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for off-site events.
