Qualifications
- 6+ years of management experience / this is a senior level management role within the company
- 2-3 Star Michelin experience HIGHLY preferred
- Personality, management and people skills are most important in this role
- Looking for someone with strong baking and pastry foundations AND experience or interest in plant-based cooking
Responsibilities
- Creativity is key! This candidate will collaborate with the Exec team and inspire and facilitate new recipes for the company to grow
- Responsible for consistency of standards within company and food
