A high volume-full service restaurant ($4MM+ in sales) is looking for a fantastic Executive Chef to join its team. This concept is well-established, upscale but casual, and the brand values its employees. The restaurant is in the growing metropolitan area of Ithaca, a growing community and travel destination.

What do we seek?
- High energy, hands-on (works in the kitchen), passionate Executive Chef
- Experience from a corporate upscale casual environment. E.g. Cheesecake Factory Chef, McCormick & Schmick, Chart House, etc. preferred. Seafood experience is a plus.
- Ability to focus on food quality, cleanliness, and profitability as well as menu design
