We are NAI, a modern restaurant chain, looking for a professional Executive Chef to join our team in New York. Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to prescribed recipes
- Adhere to hygiene standards when handling food
- Organize the work of the team to ensure the quality implementation of company standards and policies
- Order products in accordance with ordering standards
- Carefully check the quality of products received
- Monitor the cleanliness of the work area, the health status of people and food storage rules.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in European and Ukrainian cuisine
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Chef in restaurants
- Experience in managing a team of at least 10 people
- Excellent knowledge of technological processes, inventory control, etc.
- Permission to work in public catering (personal medical book required)
- High level of discipline and leadership skills
