Responsibilities:
Manage communications and scheduling for the executive team.
Coordinate and plan meetings with both internal teams and external business partners.
Prepare and edit communications, presentations and other documents.
Capture meeting notes, ensuring follow-up actions are completed by team members.
Support acquisition and new store development process by coordinating creation and revision of contracts and leases.
Manage all lease records, renewals, assignments, and negotiations.
Maintain updated records of all corporate and legal documents.
Coordinate projects or initiatives on behalf of the executive team.
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
Potential to support accounts payable processes.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of adaptability and flexibility.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Project Management experience preferred.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
