Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper

Looking for a self-driven individual with good time management skills who is able to work independently, multi task and has strong prioritizing skills.

Preferred experience:

Knowledge of financial statements

Handling basic bookkeeping tasks. (Quick Books experience preferred).

Using other various Software, including word and Excel

Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative or management support position.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

Professional level verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
