The Role and What You’ll Do:
Endeavor is seeking an Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the President of 160over90, Endeavor’s full-service cultural marketing agency. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion, independent judgment, and the ability to interface and work with executive and senior-level business leaders and their teams. The candidate will be able to effectively manage the scheduling of calls, meetings, and a high-volume workload.
Calendar management and scheduling with meticulous attention to detail including organizing travel schedules , meetings , and related events
Provide phone support, organize calls, listen actively, and proactively set follow-ups . Ability to manage priorities and conflicts gracefully
Assist with reserving conference rooms, setting up audio/visual equipment, arranging catering, and registering visitors
Prepare and revise reports, presentations, and other documents as required . Ensure that all materials comply with the company's standards and maintain an impeccable level of accuracy
Work closely with Corporate Communications , providing support and assistance on various projects
Organize both domestic and international travel arrangements using company travel services, and create travel booklets with itineraries and agendas
Complete expense reports in compliance with company policies using Concur
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters
Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High-level prioritizing and multi-tasking
Strong written and oral communication skills
Professional demeanor
Proactive and able to anticipate needs
Interest in Entertainment and Marketing is a plus
At least two (2) years prior administrative experience

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$18.75 hourly
Hiring Range Maximum:
$25.00 hourly
